Ready To Solve The Problems?
Waller K-9 membership is for those who are ready to spend time, in an environment built for K-9’s to excel. Your K-9 will have the opportunity to go on pack walks, track scent, retrieve bumpers, socialize with other animals, receive friendly strangers, remain steady to distractions, and get the exercise for you and your K-9 needed to be happy.
The only way to build a conditioned K-9 is to expose them to scenarios on a consistent basis. Our membership is structured so that you learn to train them and have the K-9 you dreamed of within 3 - 4 months. We will teach YOU how to manage your K-9’s motivations and teach THEM why they feel pressure and which behaviors resolve that pressure.
All too often training programs only teach one side side of the positive/negative equation. If you want a socially responsible K-9 we must communicate effectively and follow through with reward or pressure appropriately.
Our members have the option to train @ 6:00 A.M. Monday - Friday. Every class starts with a walk and ends with socialization. In between, we work on formal obedience for treats and toys while applying pressure vs. praise principles. Questions are welcomed during class as we aim to gain understanding and trust with our K-9's and classmates.
